Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer at Ford Motor in Washington, D.C., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and representing the company's commitment to excellence in customer service. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer care or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in customer care processes- Stay up-to-date on Ford Motor products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
