Job Description:
Unity Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a high level of motivation and independence, as well as strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and troubleshooting- Process customer orders and returns accurately- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and escalations- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Excellent problem-solving abilities- High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
