Job Description:

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer care roles and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention- Monitor customer care performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall processes- Train and onboard new customer care team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer care roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
