Job Description:
Cummins is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our Customer Care team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to our customers.2. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Monitor customer feedback and communication channels to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.5. Analyze customer data and trends to optimize customer care strategies and performance.6. Develop and implement training programs for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.7. Maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer care, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.8. Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care management.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.5. Creative problem-solving skills.6. Reliable and resilient under pressure.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.8. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices.
