Job Description:

Symantec is looking for a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Customer Care Manager at Symantec, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of customer care representatives, providing training and guidance as needed- Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs are met- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer care processes- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty- Represent the customer care team in meetings with senior management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care, with at least 2 years in a managerial role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
