We are looking for a Customer Care Center Representative who will work with our Retail Team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and team members. This position is responsible for ensuring that a customer's banking needs are handled in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. This is accomplished by utilizing a variety of services and tools available. The Customer Care Center Team is the Bank's telephone ambassador, creating a positive experience that directly contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our new team member will professionally handle a large volume of inbound and occasional outbound telephone calls. Including handling customer account transactions with accuracy and sense of urgency.

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role preferred. To best serve our customers, excellent impersonal communication and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy is essential to all Mascoma Bank team members!

This position can be located in Burlington, White River Junction VT, or Charlestown NH. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:15 PM (or 9:45 AM-6:15 PM). There will also be a required one weekend per month with Saturday hours 7:45 AM-2:15 PM and Sunday hours 8:45 AM-12:15 PM.
