Job Description:
Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Associate to work from home in San Jose, California. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:1. Providing outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support.4. Utilizing company systems and resources to assist customers efficiently.5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customer interactions.6. Documenting customer interactions accurately in the company database.
Requirements:1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
