Cincinnati Financial is seeking a Customer Care Associate to work from home in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, with strong soft skills in innovation and presentation.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Answer inquiries about products, services, and policies- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred- Previous experience in insurance or financial services a plus
