Customer Care Assistant - Work From Home

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Office Depot in Columbus, Ohio. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing product information.
