Custom Apparel Production Assistant

Marucci Sports has an opportunity for a Custom Apparel Production Assistant to join our team. This role is involved in the production of the company's products and might have some occasional interactions with customers. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
In this job you will... Stage and coordinate order preparation for printing. Ensure consistent quality on custom printed apparel. Implement a production work schedule for order completion dates Assist in the custom apparel production process: Heat Presses Manual Presses I-Image direct to screen Vinyl plotters Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. You have what it takes if you have... Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to follow directions and work well in a team. Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment. Thoroughness Time Management Technical Capacity Flexibility/adaptability and have good multi-tasking skills Ability to Problem Solve Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience... High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous printing production experience. Physical Requirements... Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
