Responsibilities
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting• Clean and service restrooms and common areas• Sweep, scrub, buff, and wax floors in common areas and units• Monitor building safety and report any issues• Empty trash and dispose of it properly• Clean out vacant units and prepare them for occupancy• Set up facilities for events or meetings• Move furniture, equipment, or supplies when needed• Complete necessary paperwork for custodial activities• Maintain janitorial equipment and inventory of cleaning supplies
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Minimum of 1 year experience in custodial or related field preferred
