The Role
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, offering solutions and support for billing inquiries. This vital role requires handling over 80+ calls daily, initiating payment plans, and utilizing multiple resources to provide top-notch service. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering trust in our services.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently handle 80+ inbound calls daily from various stakeholders.
Establish payment plans and resolve billing issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Utilize multiple systems and resources to address and resolve inquiries during calls.
Consistently meet performance metrics and goals.
Engage in continuous learning to stay adept with our evolving processes and technologies.
Who You Are
A dynamic individual with a high school diploma (or equivalent) who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player with a strong ability to work independently.
Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and systems.
Exceptional communicator with both patients and team members.
Work from Home Requirements
A quiet, dedicated workspace.
Self-motivated with excellent time and task management skills.
Previous experience in medical or call center environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Technical Specifications
Minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps.
Wired connection to the router/modem. Satellite internet connections are not supported.
