Currency Admin Client Service Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fund accounting experience would be a big plus.
Excel skills would be helpful. If they have advanced Excel skills even better, but not required. We will do most of the training in person on the job.
The FX Currency Administration Client Service Representative is responsible for daily production and client support for Currency Administration mandates. This individual will be required to have a thorough understanding of team procedures and ensure daily client deliverables are met.
Perform all daily tasks required for a subset of Currency Administration client relationships, working with management to ensure client inquiries are responded to and ensuring all client deliverables are met daily.
Ensuring appropriate hand off to regional offices to ensure all client deliverables are met daily
Demonstrate product knowledge through adherence to established procedures

Education Level : BA or Equivalent
Relevant Professional Experience

Technical Capabilities : (include linguistic competencies)
Ability to follow established procedures.
Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English mandatory. Other languages a benefit.
