Position: Cure Department Associate Location: Littleton, MA
Hours: 7AM- 3:30PM Monday - Friday (1st shift, NO WEEKENDS!)
We are seeking a dedicated Cure Department Associate to join our team and assist in the processing and preparation of our products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including shucking, take down of product when ready, operation of the Triminator machine, and providing support in daily operations as directed by the lead and supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Shucking: Efficiently and accurately shuck product according to established procedures. Take Down of Product: Monitor and identify products ready for processing and ensure timely takedown. Operation of Triminator Machine: Operate Triminator machine to process products as required. Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of the machine. Assist in Daily Operations: Collaborate with the lead and supervisor to ensure smooth operations. This may include but is not limited to inventory management, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations. Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry preferred but not required. Familiarity with shucking and processing techniques a plus. Ability to operate machinery effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding cannabis production and safety.
