Perform a variety of customer services support, interpretation, and cultural broker to assist in creating a remarkable patient experience for non-English speaking patients

Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. BA or BS, Preferred. 
Experience: One year, Preferred. Licensure/Certification: NBCMI, Preferred. Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing and the ambassador onboarding program. Successfully complete departmental oral and written translation assessment. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed. Additional Skills (preferred): Successful completion of medical terminology training within 1 year of hire. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations, facilities as needed.
