Job Description:8 current CRNAs + 1 MD on-staffPractice setting: all services performed at the hospitalSchedule: 7:00 am-3:30 pm (flexible end time depending on hours worked). 8 or 10-hour shifts are preferred based on operational needs with possibility for 12s. Weekends as needed.EMR: MeditechTechnology: Spectrum Anesthesia EMRAverage # of Surgical cases per shift: 2-3/CRNA per day; average of 20-30 OR cases per dayAverage # of Pain Mgmt Cases per shift: Pain Mgmt has 1 day per week in the ORLevel II Trauma DesignationAnnual ER Volume: 28,000Number of operating rooms: 12 (7 OR suites, 2 Endo suits, 2 Open heart suites, 1 OB OR suite)Patient Demographics: Mainly adults, some Well-Peds cases, such as BMT and TAStrong supervision that encourages CRNA autonomy, supportive anesthesiologist teamOrganized, well-functioning anesthesia specific EMRAll equipment is up-to-date technologyBlock program is robust and supported by two block-trained RNs and tech designated to the anesthesia service lineGreat team environmentNo neonatal surgeriesGeneral, MAC, TIVAPre-ops, inductions, emergences, nerve blocks, etc. done independentlyNo bariatric or transplantsEstimated credentialing timeframe: ~30 daysNot accepting visa candidatesAccepting new graduate candidatesAccepting Locums candidates -- Submit to Job 48072; and Locum to Perm candidates -- Submit to Job 48073Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
