There isone week, that comes up approx. once or twice in this 12 week rotation thatwould be one of each in a one week time frame.New CRNA Locums will usually notdo 1st call. It will take at least a month,to 3 months, before they would be required to do in-house coverage. Simply because theyneed to know where all departments are and be very comfortable, not only here, but also with critical airways on their own as their next set of hands is aprovider who is on call from home.Rates needed for submission:Malpractice (included in rates)OrientationHourly ($300/Hourly Rate Cap)HolidayOvertime (OT kicks in after 8 hours)Holiday OvertimeNightly Call ($400 rate cap)Holiday Nightly Call ($600 rate cap)On Call (Daily) ($1350 rate cap)24 Hour Holiday Call RateCall Back ($400 rate cap)Holiday Call Back - ($600 rate cap)Conversion Fee ($15k Cap)*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
