Crna - Anesthesiology

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA to join their team in Findlay, OH. As a CRNA, you will work with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including general, regional, and local anesthesia Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia plans
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, including assessing and managing pain levels
Ensure proper documentation of anesthesia administration and patient care
Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date on advancements in anesthesia techniques and equipment
Requirements: Current CRNA certification and licensure in the state of Ohio Master's degree in Anesthesiology Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA in a hospital or surgical setting
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, equipment, and medications
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations
