Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize user experience, data integrity, and overall efficiency. Your primary duties will include building custom sets for special use cases, creating and maintaining workflows, ensuring smooth information flow within the CRM and other integrated systems, and providing training and support to users.
Responsibilities:
Build custom sets for special use cases to accommodate unique business requirements.
Develop and maintain workflows for individual users or teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Set up and monitor information flow within the CRM and with other business-critical systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Conduct user training sessions on data cleanliness, internal processes, and new CRM features.
Provide reporting and analysis on CRM data for C-level executives to support strategic decision-making.
Export data into business intelligence software for in-depth analysis when combined with other financials or supply chain metrics.
Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for process improvements.
Identify new opportunities within CRM data for product development, sales techniques, and marketing personas.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a CRM Administrator or similar role, preferably with [Microsoft Dynamics 365].
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
Proficiency in building custom sets, workflows, and reports within a CRM system.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and present findings to stakeholders.
Experience with business intelligence software and data analysis techniques is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
Contract Details:
Duration: On-going
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
