OUR MISSION: Elevate guides and empowers individuals, families and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges. We are looking for a driven, passionate professional to support the development, overall direction and administration of Elevate's Crisis Service Programs in Sheboygan County. This new program includes Mobile Crisis, Walk-In Crisis Services, Co-responder Program, and the Youth Health Navigator. The position will work closely with the Mental Health Program Manager, the Program Supervisor, the City of Sheboygan Police Department and Sheboygan County Human Services.
Qualified applicant will have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or in a closely related field; Valid Wisconsin State licensure as an Advanced Practice Social Workers (APSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or (LPC-IT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or (LMFT-IT) ; Experience in crisis intervention, crisis services preferred. Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining individuals and teams. Pay range is $57,200- $78,000 with a generous benefit package.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Establish, manage and monitor program direction to assist in achieving the agency's mission. Provide clinical support and supervision to Program Supervisor and direct line staff as warranted Participate in the development of the annual program budgets Development of contractual agreements and other revenue streams to support program functions Evaluate achievement of program indicators and guide program improvements to achieve outcomes. Recruit, hire, train and supervise Program Supervisor Assist in the recruitment, hiring, supervision and support of direct line staff. Assist Program Supervisor in monitoring budgets and provide oversight of program expenses. Ensure day-to-day operation and compliance with all state licensing and funding requirements.
