The Crew Members will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service every time they are on the clock.

* Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
* Meet safety and sanitation standards
* Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
* Works well in a team environment
* 17 years of age and above with some exceptions
* Reliable Transportation
* Serving coffee, food, ice/cream
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
* Increase overall sales by upselling and cross-selling
