Requisition Summary The Credits & Returns Analyst is responsible for processing dealer claim/credit requests per Division Policies and Department Guidelines. Credits & Returns Analyst will validate credit requests and work with PACCAR Distribution Centers (PDC), Suppliers, and Internal Departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely.
Job Functions / Responsibilities Review and validate dealer claim requests Process Direct Shipment Product (DSP) and PDC and supplier credits Respond to Dealer inquiries and calls Process daily and monthly parts returns Communicate and Support Stakeholders (PDC's/Suppliers/Product Marketing) and reviewing backlog Other duties as assigned Qualifications Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook The ability to work independently and to make decisions based on department policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation Must have the ability to multi task and manage changing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines Additional Job Board Information As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $57,600.00 - $78,980.00 annually.
