CREDIT SERVICES Full Time Credit Services Supervisor – La Crosse, WI: The Credit Services Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring that all Credit Department calls are handled promptly, courteously, and resolved efficiently, effectively, and professionally. This position is responsible for training, coaching, and establishing Customer Service protocols. This individual will be the point of contact for our Credit Department customers to report problems or concerns, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Credit Department Call Center Team.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited:
Oversee the administration of the Credit Department Call Center Make and receive calls related to escalated situations as well as online guest complaints. Answer incoming Credit Department customer calls and emails as needed. Managing the process of proprietary prepaid cards orders, inventory, website changes, marketing updates Managing the Credit Team leads Managing CSC I and CSC II Qualifications: Associate degree in finance, or accounting related fields, as well as three to five years of related work experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in Call Center Management, Banking, and/or Collections, with at least two years of supervisory experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of the following:
Knowledge of Call Center software and reporting systems Knowledge of Prepaid Card Program Knowledge of the rewards programs Knowledge of AS400 systems Knowledge of consumer privacy laws Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills Ability to maintain effective co-worker relations through listening, questioning, observing, reviewing, and interpreting. Ability to multi-task and manage projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to be a team player and work effectively with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with some weekend shifts as needed.
