We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Creative Manager to join our dynamic Partnership Marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead the creation and management of captivating visual content, with a primary focus on supporting critical sales pitch decks and storytelling for our current and future valued partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating our sales brand narrative and driving impactful engagement with our consumer audience.
The Senior Partner Creative Manager serves as a partner to the Partnership Sales team in developing compelling stories and visual assets to complement key presentations. These presentations will help to inform and inspire key internal and external audiences including other executives, investors, and customers. Graphic design skills are a must, but the ideal candidate is more than just a skilled designer – they are a creative storyteller, capable of distilling the complex concepts down to clear and concise visual elements. You'll create memorable visuals that capture and communicate key messages and concepts in the most impactful ways, optimizing them for key audiences, formats, and channels. You don't just sit back - you proactively make recommendations on slides and talk tracks, working with key stakeholders in marketing, communications, and other functions to understand, reinforce and refine the story around key initiatives. You don't wait for direction – you are willing to go the extra mile to track down a slide from another team member, create a custom visual or engage an external vendor to create a video.
What You Will Do: Lead the creative development process for Partnership Marketing and Sales outputs, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class content across various mediums including graphics, video, photo, and written content. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including partnerships, marketing, and creative, to brainstorm and strategize innovative solutions that align with strategic partner objectives. Ability to take business concepts, innovate ideas, financial data, and performance analytics, and think creatively to make professional, clean, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company identity standards and core brand narratives. Design and produce visually stunning PowerPoint templates for pitch presentations, product showcases, and board meetings, maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring seamless integration of animation and high-level design elements. Develop standardized templates for sales decks, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging while allowing for easy customization. Proactively gather feedback from sales teams and stakeholders to improve and refine sales deck content continuously. Provide creative direction fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all Partnership Marketing and Partnership Sales initiatives. What We Need From Our Sr. Partner Creative Manager – Partnership Marketing: Proven track record of developing compelling visual narratives and delivering impactful creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote). Strong conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas and compelling narratives into visually engaging content. Demonstrate expertise in laying out information and data in a visually compelling manner, particularly for C-suite executives, effectively combining data visualization with storytelling techniques. Ability to to interface with executive leadership to foster collaboration, offer constructive feedback, and deliver insightful recommendations, showcasing exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities A passion for storytelling and a relentless pursuit of creative excellence. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with business organizations or in a partnership sales capacity is a plus. Experience/ Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior-level creative role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry in a business development role.
