Details of the offer

Full job description The Spotlight Creative Director is the counterpart to the Spotlight Editorial Director, teaming up to establish and own the vision of Spotlight reporting experiences throughout the entire process of a project. This starts with client engagement to establish goals for the experience, and continues through creating and iterating over proposals, documenting requirements for the production phase, creating, reviewing and iterating over creative assets and designs in the production phase. Even after production, as client reviews and QA processes take place, the Creative Director continues to serve as a contributor, decision maker, and reviewer on any adjustments and corrections made to the product. The Spotlight Creative Director will be expected to preside over many projects at the same time, working with different team members on different projects, meaning organization and communication is key to the success of the projects.
