Turner Industries' Personnel Office in Corpus Christi has an immediate opening for an experienced Craft Recruiter. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position based out of Turner's campus off of Interstate 37. The successful candidate for this position will be:
Local to the Corpus Christi area (per diem and relocation are not available) Have a track record of industrial craft and professional recruiting, preferably for a high-volume petrochemical contractor Bi-lingual HIGHLY preferred. Experience with Google software (Voice, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and E1/ Oracle software preferred Previous experience or certification to conduct NCCER testing a plus Must be familiar with pre-screening applicants for craft positions in local petrochemical facilities and sourcing new candidates. Maintaining relationships with established craftspeople and field supervision is a critical function for this position. You will multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work as a team member to fill multiple job openings at multiple facilities for multiple lines of business - maintenance, construction, turnaround, small cap work, etc.
