The Bistro Is Hiring Barista
Award-winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of downtown Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. The Bistro offers guests and locals a casual dining experience, with healthy and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and dinner options, including a full service bar and 24-hour Starbucks. The Bistro also offers full-service catering options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as an open bar, for groups using the meeting space facilities. We are searching for experienced baristas
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso and other beverages
Foster relationships with guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Process credit card transactions
Receive and restock inventory
Requirements
Amazing customer service skills
Ability to operate necessary equipment including coffee makers, grinders and espresso machine
Fantastic communication skills
Ability to stay calm but move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Passionate about coffee and tea
Barista experience is a plus
