We are seeking a dedicated Costing and Pricing Analyst, Account Services, to join our team at our company. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing pricing support, assistance, and training for our valued Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs). Your responsibilities will involve developing, analyzing, and coordinating documentation to ensure fair market pricing for items on the Federal Procurement List (PL) within our AbilityOne Program. Your expertise in Federal contracting will be instrumental in supporting our NPA partners and Federal government customers. Join us in facilitating connections between our network of over 400 Non-Profit agencies and federal procurement opportunities across the United States, ultimately contributing to the employment of over 30,000 individuals with disabilities nationwide.
What You Will Do
As a Costing and Pricing Analyst, Account Services, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing, analyzing, and coordinating costing and pricing data to support the company Account Managers and NPAs.
- Collaborating with cost estimators and utilizing market data to review pricing strategies.
- Processing and submitting accurate and timely actions to the AbilityOne Commission for approval.
- Providing management and technical advice to NPAs on procurement, costing, budgeting, and AbilityOne Commission guidelines.
- Offering support and analysis to NPAs in the development of price proposals.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as organizational needs arise.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is between $66,022 and $98,496, depending on your experience and geographic location within the United States.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates with:
- An Associate's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution, or equivalent skills training.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in analyzing pricing strategies, forecasting revenue, and market share.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with extracting financial data from ERP systems.
- Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex annual financial reports and statements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Preferred Bonus Points For
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
