Job Description RoseRyan is seeking a highly skilled Cost Accountant to join our team. As a Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in analyzing and reporting cost data to support decision-making processes and maximize cost efficiencies for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform cost analyses, and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will assist in the month-end closing process and help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Responsibilities Analyze and report cost data to support decision-making processes Perform cost analyses and determine the actual cost of production and services Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost efficiencies Assist in the month-end closing process and account reconciliations Prepare and present cost accounting reports to clients and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in cost accounting principles and practices Experience with ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Benefits $80-$100/hr DOE
