Safely and effectively perform facility repair and remodeling. Safely and effectively perform concrete flat work, tile, drywall, painting and welding. Safely and effectively operate excavation equipment and tools. Safely and effectively perform roof repairs. Safely and effectively perform door and lockset repairs. Work closely with HVAC and plumbing technicians to perform needed replacement and repairs. Accurately read blueprints for facilities. Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDpreferred.Excavation equipment experiencepreferred.2 years previous construction and maintenance experience ispreferred.Valid drivers' license isrequired.4 years Mining experience ispreferred.
