Cortez - Open Pit Maintenance Planner

We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Perform all vital tasks to plan and schedule maintenance workMaintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goalsGenerate PMsDevelop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirementsDevelop cost and equipment reportsResolve source for labor and materialsCommunicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendorsQualifications:Minimum five (5) years of mobile equipment mechanic experiencepreferredPrevious maintenance planning experience, Xeras and Discovery knowledgepreferredTwo (2) years of Oracle eAM (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) or equipment experiencepreferredThree (3) years of mobile maintenance planning experience preferred Proven equipment care and custody leadership requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with maintenance systemspreferredSound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirementspreferredAbility to deliver clear and concise informationrequiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsrequiredExcellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skillspreferred#LI-TC1Thank you for your application, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
