Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a driven an Associate Lawyer to join their Securities practice. Responsibilities:
Handle various aspects of securities law matters, including transactional work related to public offerings, private placements, and securities regulatory compliance. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide advice on securities law matters to clients. Assist in the preparation of offering documents, prospectuses, and other transactional documents. Work collaboratively with other legal professionals and clients to facilitate successful transactions. Stay updated with changes in securities regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Experience within Capital Markets and top tier public companies. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in Tennessee. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in transactional securities law. Ideally, previous experience working in a top tier firm. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Benefits:
