Corporate Secretary Location Searcy, AR : POSITION SUMMARY The Corporate Secretary works as part of the Corporate team in performing those clerical duties necessary to insure a smooth transfer of calls and visitors to the Corporate Offices. Duties include telephone answering, mail distribution, various reports and logs and other duties as assigned by the position's supervisor or other Corporate staff.

Essential Functions Statement(s) Greets visitors, guests and others in a courteous and professional manner, addresses questions and directs calls according to their needs. Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. Pick up mail at Post Office and distribute incoming mail and other material. Prepares packages to be mailed via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Processes all outgoing mail and maintain postage equipment. Completing and distrubting various reports as instructed. Maintain updated list of ARcare locations and staff phone numbers. Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented. Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet. Performs other necessary duties as required.
