Corporate Paralegal

Corporate paralegal opportunity in San Diego, CA. This role would be with a great company that needs a paralegal to work in contracts, administrations, and legal administration. Responsibilities:
• Manage contract management system (contract review, lifecycle, workflows).
• Manage trademark database and work with US, Canadian, and international marketing departments on filings, renewals, and oppositions.
• Process and code legal invoices, reviewing, filing, and organizing other legal documents.
• Maintain board minutes.
Experience:
• Corporate contracts experience, drafting entire contracts, running legal management system and corporate filings experience.
• Draft review and revise NDAs, standard consulting agreements, trademark agreements.
• Prepare, file, and maintain various corporate filings.
• Bachelor u2019s degree and/or paralegal certificate.
• At least 3 years as a corporate paralegal.
Details:
• 2 days working from home and 3 days onsite in San Diego, CA.
• Full time, permanent role.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $68,000 to $90,000and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
