Corporate Finance Analyst Location Medford, OR : Dealership: L0105 Lithia Home Office Corporate Finance Analyst The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing support in several key areas of the Corporate Finance department, notably cash and financial forecasting, debt management, and departmental and executive reporting. The Corporate Finance Analyst will also oversee key financial reporting activities for the company and understand key financial ratios, interpret ongoing reporting requirements, manage to prescribed covenants and legally binding financial restrictions, and submit required reporting to lenders and investors. A successful candidate will embrace our collaborative culture and manage assigned Corporate Finance and/or Corporate Treasury projects from beginning to end.
The Corporate Finance Analyst will report to the Corporate Finance Manager.
Location: Remote, USA
Responsibilities Maintain the daily cash forecasting and reporting process and support longer term forecast modeling, including dashboards, working capital scenario modeling, forecast variance analysis, and monthly liquidity forecasting. Ensure the company's liquidity needs are met to support longer-term investments and acquisition plans, both domestically and abroad. Support the development and maintenance of effective reporting tools to capture departmental data points and accomplishments to report to executive management and other audiences within the company. Review various debt agreements to ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements, as well as prepare and submit said reporting requirements. Support timely renewal of maturing debt facilities and assist management with assessing and structuring key loan amendments. Support timely renewal of maturing real estate financing arrangements and assist management with coordination of due diligence and evaluation of financing options to support the company's liquidity needs. Support relationships with banking partners and provide accurate, standardized, periodic submission of required financial reporting within documented timelines. Work closely with internal partners to ensure defined reporting timelines are met. Act as initial reviewer for all covenant and borrowing base calculations. Field initial compliance questions from lenders and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to audits. Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders as it relates to AML/KYC compliance. Conduct research and analyze business and industry trends to support corporate finance decisions. Maintain communication with Corporate Accounting, Technical Accounting, and Treasury teams to facilitate and ensure the company's timely and effective month-end close. Support the analytical needs of the department and perform other tasks which may be assigned. Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Critical thinker with an ability to present conclusions in a concise manner. Self-starter with an ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field. Preferred 1-2 years of experience.
