Corporate Director of Guest Experience Qualifications: 3+ years in a senior leadership role in a Luxury Hotel Knowledge and experience with AAA rating standards Knowledge and experience with Forbes rating standards Experience creating training and development plans for guest-facing team members (front desk) Clear and concise communicator with a training and development mindset Knowledge of and perspective on trends in hospitality and guest service A true embodiment of Hospitality! Corporate Director of Guest Experience Responsibilities: Create and set the standard for Guest Experiences and interactions Work in concert with the corporate team on a vision for guest service and hospitality Create training and development plans for team members to create unforgettable experiences Create training modules for team members Create SOPs for guest service team members Work with hotel GMs on Guest experiences Corporate Director of Guest Experience Benefits: Base salary of around $80k DOE Annual incentive bonus Medical plans and benefits PTO 401K with very generous match Other amazing benefits!
