We're looking for a candidate to join our Corporate Digital Sales Operations team to help our station sales teams and sales coordinators manage our Sinclair Broadcast Group digital account business. This candidate needs to be detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. No two days will be the same. In this role you will work alongside Sales and Operations. This position reports into the Corporate Digital Sales Operations Manager for Compulse's SBG Business.

Responsibilities:

Enter digital orders received from stations into our order entry system, with a focus on the company's automotive marketing business

Coordinate ad processes, organize creatives, provide campaign reporting and assist in other areas related to sales processes

Regular communication with station sales and sales coordinators, production teams and other station/corporate departments

Be a key point of contact between assigned stations/campaigns and fulfillment teams

See requests and issues through to a timely resolution

Generate and compile periodic reports and invoices using billing system tools

Collaborate with Automotive Co Op Team to prepare and support claim submission documents

Partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations to assist with billing

Must be comfortable training and mentoring station sales assistants/coordinators

Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Bachelor's Degree

1-2 years of experience in a digital agency, marketing firm or similar organization

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A high level of organization skills and the ability to prioritize

Ability to work with remote sales teams to problem-solve issues

Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Maintain a positive demeanor and customer service focused

Excellent communication – written and oral

Experience working within digital order management systems

Experience specifically with Operative One or AOS preferred

The base salary compensation range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
