Corporate Controller Location Salt Lake City, UT : Oversee company-wide financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, implement financial controls, and provide strategic guidance to support financial objectives as the company continues its plans for high growth. Lead the consolidation process for the parent company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting standards. Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to collect financial data, eliminate intercompany transactions, and reconcile intercompany balances. Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, along with supporting schedules and disclosures. As the company acquires new business, book the acquisition accounting related transactions. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and lenders. Analyze consolidated financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast consolidated financial performance and assess the impact of strategic initiatives on overall financial results. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation with Public Accounting strongly preferred. Significant experience (10+ years) in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in consolidation accounting and financial reporting. Experience working in a private equity-backed environment, preferably with exposure to managing multiple subsidiaries. Deep understanding of consolidation accounting principles, including elimination of intercompany transactions and, acquisition accounting. Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and driving process improvements. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive management, investors, and external stakeholders. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Experience in NetSuite is strongly preferred. Job Type: Full-time
