Corporate Compliance Assistant

Purpose- SC Formerly known as Broadstep Academy is under new management and is excited for a great future and truly making a difference. We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Director to help with our vision:
Responsibilities:
Will assist with maintaining and operating condition that meets all applicable Medicaid, R.F.P., and C.A.R.F. standards.
Will assist with maintaining databases relevant to the operation of all programs, in such that information and reports can be generated to measure outcome and program performance.
Will assist with preparing a monthly report to be presented in the Administration meeting for the purpose of program improvements and performance.
Will assist with the process to serve as, or appoint a designee to be, the staff member responsible for reviewing, recording, and facilitating all "grievance" from stakeholders in regards to all programs.
Will perform other duties not otherwise specified above as assigned by the "Members", "Owners", "Directors", Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer.
Will meet, through knowledge or performance, the job duties of all subordinate positions.
Qualifications:
This position requires an individual with a minimum of a Masters Degree. It would be preferable that this degree would be in an area of social science and/or education. In order to perform these duties adequately, a person in this position should have past experience in either a therapeutic or an educational setting dealing with individuals with disturbed patterns of behavior. The Corporate Compliance Officer will have training in regards to Medicaid, RFP, and C.A.R.F. requirements as applied to documentation and program.
