Responsibilities
• Consult with the field to provide advanced case support• Lead efforts to grow the number of advisors selling cases in the advanced markets• Lead efforts to ensure appropriate field succession and business transition• Conduct training in advanced markets, executive benefits, advanced planning, and sales• Lead due diligence and quality control of third-party administrators• Monitor competition and recommend product enhancements• Direct development of marketing materials for specialty markets• Provide expertise in the design and maintenance of illustration capabilities• Coach and counsel team members on complex cases• Negotiate with Actuarial, Investments, and New Business on large cases
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field• Series 6 / 26 license or must be obtained within three months of hire• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance industry• Proficiency with illustrations/sales support tools• Strong written and oral communication skills• Proven management skills• Experience leading projects or ownership for divisional and cross-functional projects• Willingness to travel up to 20%
