My team is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney for a growing Oregon law firm. Interested attorney candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage their work independently.  Qualifications:  2 years' experience with corporate/business transactions M & A transactions, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, executive agreements, entity formation, business planning Ability to manage matters independently, performing complex legal research and due diligence. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills No book of business required Must be actively licensed to practice law in Oregon Benefits: Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
