Contract Acquisition Support Specialist

Our company is searching for a motivated Contract Acquisition Support Specialist to join our team in supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). As a vital part of our team, you will provide essential support to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and play a key role in facilitating the National Mail Program. Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze various acquisition documents, including quotes, purchase requests, Statements of Work (SOW), modifications, and task orders.
Oversee monthly funding reports and ensure accurate tracking of contract expenditures.
Support contract lifecycle management and provide procurement assistance.
Review SOWs and justification letters, contributing to the contract acquisition process.
Maintain organized electronic repositories for contract documents.
Coordinate equipment replacement and support training initiatives for the National Mail Program.
Lead weekly meetings with vendors to address outstanding issues and propose solutions.
Analyze program activities and develop comprehensive reports.
Provide team leadership, managing daily tasks and delivery timelines.
Interface with contracting counterparts to report issues and successes.
Prepare briefings for executive management.
Document items for monthly status reports.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years' experience in project management.
Proficiency in data analysis and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
Authorization to work in the U.S. with the ability to pass public trust clearance.
Preferred Skills:
Degree in applied mathematics, computer science, IT, or data analysis.
Familiarity with AMS and experience in government procurement.
Prior experience with PitneyShip Pro is advantageous but not required.
