Responsibilities
• Generate ideas and create concepts for advertising and promotional copy• Develop texts from draft stage through finished product• Work closely with Creative and Client Service teams• Manage and mentor creatives• Follow departmental procedures and internal solutions• Review materials for consistency• Produce work across all channels• Maintain relationships with cross-discipline teams• Attend client creative presentations• Stay up to date on industry trends
Requirements
• Effective oral and written communication skills• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability• Ability to work well within a team setting• Client rapport and trust building• Presentation and managerial skills• Computer proficiency• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Writing or related discipline preferred• 5+ years of marketing/advertising business experience preferred
