Apex Systems is seeking a Remote Study Coordinator to assist with providing quality, timely, and actionable data for selected operational and clinical metrics, as well as tracking and identifying trends for healthcare data and providing benchmark comparisons for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities: Review of survey and Case Report Form (CRF) documents Testing programmed surveys and Case Report Forms (CRFs) to ensure they match corresponding documents and programming logic Create and update existing research reports (PowerPoint) Manage contact lists in Qualtrics (online survey platform) Generation of charts/graphs Tracking survey response rates and supply required reports Other office-related tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required 2-5 years of experience in a related field (Healthcare, Market Research, etc.) Experience with healthcare research, specifically Oncology, preferred Experience with Qualtrics survey platform a bonus Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office programs (specifically Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated attention to detail Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills required
