A School Performance Coordinator (SPC) is a positive, systems thinking, growth minded individual who is able to use dynamic, supportive strategies to engage staff throughout the district to embrace the continuous improvement process. An SPC will support a subset of schools with-in a region defined by the current ESSA school identification grouping; Comprehensive School Improvement (CSI), Targeted School Improvement (TSI) Additional Targeted School Improvement (ATSI) and schools with no identification. This professional facilitates continuous improvement through planned change in instructional methods and strategies based on data and provides technical assistance in the creation and implementation on the School Improvement Plan (SIP) aligned to the District Improvement Plan (DIP). The person is also able to bring data to life and advocate for the systematic and meaningful use of data to improve achievement for all students.
The salary range is $79,679 - 114,859 (12 months/260 days)

Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of exemplary/satisfactory experience as a fully certified principal, teacher, SST, guidance counselor, social worker or psychologist required Preferred high school teaching or administrative experience Valid Wisconsin Director of Instruction license (10) or ability to obtain within two (2) years Additional Administrator's license (51), and/or Reading Specialist (17) are preferred Master's Degree in an educational field is preferred Responsibilities Engages principals and school teams in continuous improvement processes. Supports the creation, implementation, and review of school improvement plans. Monitors the use of grant funding for Comprehensive Support and Improvement schools according to guidelines established. Provides assistance in the systematic use of data in root cause analysis to improve instruction. Monitors and supports the fidelity of implementation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 academic interventions. Delivers dynamic professional development and consultation to teachers, and principals to better understand a wide range of data, from sources such as classroom formative and summative assessments, WISEdash, Data Warehouse and Infinite Campus. Collaboratse with school, regional and district leaders in implementing systems and structures to meet student needs. Plans, promotes and provides workshops, drop-in supports, publications, website and social media to support schools and staff. Collaborates with other departments and offices in the support of schools. Manages time, priorities, records and required paperwork while meeting deadlines.
