Job Description The purpose of this role is to focus on PFJ driver and 3rd party carrier delivery confirmation compliance, order entry into our FuelWise application, and paperwork requests to support the transaction cycle for our retail and PFJ Energy customer lines of businesses. Paperwork requests from internal and external customers will provide the candidate an opportunity collaborate with multiple internal departments and use systems like TRIPS, Mobius, A-Suite, and Samsara to resolve issues and fulfill each request in a timely, effective manner. This role will work closely with the Freight & Carrier Support team, Transaction Assurance, Logistics, Transportation, and Fuel Accounting, as well outside vendors, terminals, and 3rd party carriers to resolve open orders and paperwork requests.
Manage and fulfill requests for paperwork (Bill of Ladings, Delivery Tickets) for internal and external customers Assist in entering order information into the FuelWise application and TRIPS dispatch system to complete orders; focusing on order entry accuracy. Communicate with PFJ drivers as well as 3rd party carriers to resolve paperwork needs via email and phone calls. Utilize TRIPS, Mobius, A-Suite and Samsara to research and resolve order issues. Contribute informational patterns related to PFJ driver and 3rd party carrier performance, and help drive efficiencies. Review entries to ensure accuracy and completeness in processes. Execute basics in troubleshooting system and order issues. Escalate as needed. Navigate available reports to help in troubleshooting efforts and executing tasks. Contribute to team and departmental goals, metrics, values, vision, and mission. Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned #LI-CR1
