Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Suppression System Division
Full-Time 40 hours per week
Job Responsibilities :
Manage incoming / outgoing calls for Fire EquipmentScheduling of daily routes for assigned technicians and dispatch service callsIdentify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfactory solutionsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / toolsHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternativesFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesAdditional tasks as needed to assist the departmentOn-Call rotation option - once fully trained, can participate in on-call program for additional hoursJob Requirements:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listeningExcellent communication and presentation skills required to work with customers, technicians, sales personnel, and managersMust be able to multi-task & have multiple prioritiesComputer Literate – Typing 40 wpm minimum. Accuracy is essential.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel primarily)Google Maps, ability to pull directionsScheduling historyStrong Customer Service skillsConsistent and dependable attendanceStrong organizational skillsPositive AttitudeKnowledge of Chicagoland areaOther Qualifications:
Physical requirements: ability to sit or stand for several hours at a time; move about the office with ease; ability to kneel, bend, squat, and balance; and lift or move up to 20-poundsRequires reliable sight, hearing, verbal communication and touchMust be committed to creating value in the service departmentIntegrity that aligns with Fox Valley Fire & Safety's company valuesEducationRequired
