Coordinator, Group Revenue Management

JOB SUMMARY:Assists and supports Analysts, Sales Representatives and Managers with the group booking process utilizing the group booking system.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the Delphi/CRS group room block process for group sales managers (enter rooms, rates, concessions, comments according to contracts)Assist hotel conference managers, reservations coordinators, and sales team with group inventory inquiriesAssist Revenue Manager with internal tasks (room reservations, inventory audits, internal group blocks and sub-blocks)Process other group inventory related tasks (addendums, block reductions, pick-up reporting and block management)Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or related field.EXPERIENCE:1+ years of sales experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.0 - 3 years' field experience of theme park technical fault analysis/isolation experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Your talent, skills and experience will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.Universal Orlando Resort.Here you can.Universal Orlando is an equal opportunity employer.
