Job Summary: Center for Academic Achievement is seeking applications for a Coordinator. The Coordinator provides day-to-day management of the Center for Academic Achievement and its programs. The position oversees all aspects of the center's participation in ETSU's Navigate platform including tutoring access and scheduling. The Coordinator also provides primary management of hiring and timekeeping paperwork for more than 120 undergraduate, graduate, and part-time professional staff members. This position also maintains records associated with hiring and record-keeping of services. This individual also manages the CFAA's social media accounts, including regularly creating and posting innovative, engaging content to appeal to students. The Coordinator will also represent the CFAA at events and deliver presentations to inform groups and classes about programs and services.
