- Leverage your destination knowledge and research skills to recommend tailored accommodations, transportation, activities, and more that align with clients' interests.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and additional services, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Maintain open communication with clients through various channels, providing prompt assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry developments, and destination information to provide relevant and insightful recommendations.
- Handle any changes or issues that arise during the travel planning process with efficiency and professionalism, minimizing disruptions for clients.
- Accurately document bookings, payments, and client interactions using our user-friendly CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and travel partners to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
- Contribute to the company's success by meeting or exceeding sales targets and embracing a commission-based earning model.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value a passion for travel and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using booking platforms, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
